Ascential Technologies 宣布任命 Erin Dillard 为 Ascential Care 执行副总裁

2026 年 7 月 21 日，密歇根州谢尔比镇（Shelby Township）— Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, announced Erin Dillard as executive vice president of Ascential Care, the company’s globally responsive and agile customer service platform. In this role, Dillard will work to ensure exceptional support at every step of the customer journey and shape the future of the Ascential Care program. She’ll also oversee Ascentialytics, a robust data analytics platform designed to seamlessly integrate into a wide range of instruments and equipment, enabling real-time insights, data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics that can catch anomalies and predict failures before unscheduled downtime occurs.

Dillard 此前担任 Ascential Technologies 测试与测量系统事业部首席商务官，负责整个商务业务组织的管理，涵盖战略制定、市场细分、团队协同、客户关系拓展和项目执行。她在加强内部整合方面发挥了重要作用，着力营造持续改进的文化，并推动以指标为导向的对标管理。

Dillard 在凯利商学院（Kelley School of Business）取得市场营销理学学士学位，毕业于通用电气（General Electric）的 Experienced Commercial Leadership Program，并曾参加欧洲工商管理学院（INSEAD Business School，法国）的 KION Global Executive Program。此外，她在职业生涯中获得过多项领导力方面的荣誉，包括 Dematic 颁发的 Integrated Offerings Award 和 Best & Brightest Award，以及 GE 颁发的 Hero of Growth Award、CEO Leadership Award 等。
