Ascential Technologies Announces Erin Dillard as Executive Vice President of Ascential Care

Shelby Township, Mich., July 21, 2026 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, announced Erin Dillard as executive vice president of Ascential Care, the company’s globally responsive and agile customer service platform. In this role, Dillard will work to ensure exceptional support at every step of the customer journey and shape the future of the Ascential Care program. She’ll also oversee Ascentialytics, a robust data analytics platform designed to seamlessly integrate into a wide range of instruments and equipment, enabling real-time insights, data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics that can catch anomalies and predict failures before unscheduled downtime occurs.

Previously serving as the chief commercial officer of Ascential Technologies’ Test & Measurement Systems division, Dillard oversaw the complete commercial business organization from strategic development and market segmentation to team alignment, customer relationship development and project execution. She has played an integral role in enhancing internal integration with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and metric-driven benchmarks.

Prior to joining Ascential Technologies, Dillard worked as a vice president for Dematic in which she focused on developing and implementing the company’s strategic communications blueprint across the globe as well as homing in on how to pivot offerings to meet the shifting needs of its customers. Before that, she served in various executive positions focused on global growth and solving customer business challenges. As vice president of Global Sales & Service Enablement for Dematic, she developed and implemented commercial processes and training and previously worked for more than 15 years for various GE-connected enterprises.

Dillard earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business, is a graduate of General Electric’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, and participated in a KION Global Executive Program at INSEAD Business School in France. Additionally, she has received a variety of leadership recognitions throughout her career, including an Integrated Offerings Award and Best & Brightest Award from Dematic, as well as a Hero of Growth Award, CEO Leadership Award, and more from GE.
