Ascential Technologies kondigt de benoeming aan van Erin Dillard tot Executive Vice President van Ascential Care

Shelby Township, Michigan, 21 juli 2026— Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, announced Erin Dillard as executive vice president of Ascential Care, the company’s globally responsive and agile customer service platform. In this role, Dillard will work to ensure exceptional support at every step of the customer journey and shape the future of the Ascential Care program. She’ll also oversee Ascentialytics, a robust data analytics platform designed to seamlessly integrate into a wide range of instruments and equipment, enabling real-time insights, data-driven decision-making and predictive analytics that can catch anomalies and predict failures before unscheduled downtime occurs.

Eerder was Dillard chief commercial officer van de divisie Test & Measurement Systems van Ascential Technologies. Ze had toezicht op de volledige commerciële organisatie, van strategische ontwikkeling en marktsegmentatie tot teamafstemming, het uitbouwen van klantrelaties en projectuitvoering. Ze speelde een onmisbare rol bij het versterken van de interne integratie, met de nadruk op een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering en op meetbare benchmarks.

Voordat ze bij Ascential Technologies in dienst trad, werkte Dillard als vice president bij Dematic, waar ze zich richtte op de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategische communicatieplan van het bedrijf wereldwijd en op de vraag hoe het aanbod kan worden bijgestuurd om aan de veranderende behoeften van de klanten te voldoen. Daarvoor bekleedde ze verschillende directiefuncties met de nadruk op wereldwijde groei en het aanpakken van zakelijke uitdagingen van klanten. Als vice president van Global Sales & Service Enablement bij Dematic ontwikkelde en implementeerde ze commerciële processen en opleidingen, en eerder werkte ze meer dan 15 jaar voor verschillende aan GE verbonden ondernemingen.

Dillard behaalde een Bachelor of Science in Marketing aan de Kelley School of Business, is afgestudeerd aan het Experienced Commercial Leadership Program van General Electric en nam deel aan een KION Global Executive Program aan de INSEAD Business School in Frankrijk. Daarnaast ontving ze tijdens haar loopbaan diverse erkenningen voor leiderschap, waaronder een Integrated Offerings Award en een Best & Brightest Award van Dematic, evenals een Hero of Growth Award, een CEO Leadership Award en meer van GE.
