The CMT-VSR BIG is a high-speed balancing machine for turbocharger core assemblies used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, off-highway vehicles, marine, agricultural, and motorsport applications. The machine ensures high production efficiency of approximately 150 to 200 cores per 450-minute shift.
芯体通过带两个夹具的适配板安装在机器轮毂上。涡轮轮通过套筒喷嘴系统供应的压缩空气驱动。在不平衡测量期间，以适当的温度和压力供应油液。测量结果是绘制为转速函数的振动图。为简化分析，软件指示不平衡的精确角位置。在全转速范围内进行动平衡可延长涡轮增压器寿命并消除不良的啸叫声。
