Ascential (formerly Titan) Transmission Drop Box system for powertrain transmission applications. Single station assembly press for the front portion of a tractor transmission that aids manual operation for one operator. The system aides manual operation for one operator. The station uses manual material handling but assembly operations are electronically controlled to assure each step is completed before the operator can move on to the next. Components assembled include tapered roller bearings, shafts, gear sets, oil tubes, and bearing carriers to the main casting assembly.
