We have a flexible range of balancing machines for the propeller industry.
Non-rotating (static) propeller balancers offer simple workholding, easy loading and unloading, and avoid the influence of windage caused by rotating the impeller.
Vertical propeller balancers offer simple workholding, easy loading and unloading, one- or two-plane measurement, and optional integrated correction such as drills.
Horizontal propeller balancers offer the highest accuracy, flexibility, one- and two-plane measurement, and optional integrated correction.
Our propeller balancing machines come with the industry-leading UNI-64 measuring system and Winbal balancing software. Winbal contains step-by-step instructions for part setup, unlimited job profile storage, simple-to-follow unbalance correction instructions, and many other useful features to make setup and operation straightforward. The software has error proofing of setups and operation, features to improve cycle time, routine maintenance prompts, and comprehensive Industry 4.0 built-in diagnostics.
All our balancing machines for propellers have a small footprint as standard, are installed and commissioned in as little as one day, and are built largely with industry-standard components.
