Ascential Technologies ernennt Karolina Wilga zur Marketing-Managerin EMEA

Grand Rapids, Mich., Feb. 11, 2025 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly, and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, has promoted Karolina Wilga to marketing manager of EMEA for Ascential Technologies. Previously, Wilga served as the marketing manager for CIMAT, which was formerly an independent brand and is now a product brand under Ascential Technologies’ Test & Measurement Systems division.

In her new role, Wilga will oversee all marketing activities across the EMEA region, including the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies and campaigns.

“With over a decade of experience in sales and marketing, Karolina has built a strong foundation and is exceptionally prepared to advance to the next level,” said Erin Dillard, CCO of Ascential Technologies’ Test & Measurement Systems divisions. “Her work ethic and savvy marketing know-how positions her well for taking on additional responsibility in this new role.”

Before Wilga’s promotion, she served as marketing manager for CIMAT for three years, helping to develop the brand’s marketing strategy, conduct market research, organize trade shows and campaigns, manage all marketing activities, streamline company processes, and more. Prior to joining CIMAT, Wilga worked for Camsat Gralak Przemysław, starting as a sales specialist and advancing to commercial and quality management manager before her departure. She also previously served as a sales specialist for Bogner Edelstahl Polska Sp. z o.o. and P.W. Hobby as an export-impact specialist. She launched her career in quality control at DG Produce Ltd in the U.K.

She earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology in Poland. Additionally, she took a post-graduate course on Foreign Trade at WSB Merito University Torun.
