Über den Auswucht-Toleranzrechner
Dieses Werkzeug hilft Ihnen, die zulässige Restunwucht einer rotierenden Komponente zu bestimmen, ausgedrückt in Gramm-Millimetern (g·mm). Durch Eingabe der Ausgewuchtstufe (ISO-Norm 1940/1), der Betriebsdrehzahl (U/min) und des Gewichts (kg) der Komponente erhalten Sie einen berechneten Toleranzwert.
Diese Toleranz stellt die maximal zulässige Unwucht dar, die nach dem Auswuchten im Teil verbleiben darf. Die Einhaltung dieses Bereichs trägt dazu bei, Vibrationen zu reduzieren, die Lebensdauer von Lagern zu verlängern und die Gesamtleistung der Maschine zu verbessern.
