Ascential Technologies benoemt Karolina Wilga tot marketingmanager voor EMEA

Grand Rapids, Michigan, 11 feb. 2025 – Ascential Technologies, een toonaangevende wereldwijde leverancier van geautomatiseerde diagnose-, inspectie-, assemblage- en testsystemen en -diensten in een breed scala aan sectoren, heeft Karolina Wilga bevorderd tot marketingmanager voor EMEA bij Ascential Technologies. Eerder was Wilga marketingmanager bij CIMAT, dat voorheen een zelfstandig merk was en nu een productmerk is binnen de divisie Test & Measurement Systems van Ascential Technologies.

In haar nieuwe functie zal Wilga toezicht houden op alle marketingactiviteiten in de regio EMEA, waaronder de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van omvattende strategieën en campagnes.

“Met meer dan tien jaar ervaring in verkoop en marketing heeft Karolina een sterke fundering opgebouwd en is ze uitstekend voorbereid om de volgende stap te zetten”, aldus Erin Dillard, CCO van de divisies Test & Measurement Systems van Ascential Technologies. “Haar werkethiek en slimme marketingkennis maken haar de geschikte persoon om in deze nieuwe functie extra verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.”

Voor haar bevordering was Wilga drie jaar marketingmanager bij CIMAT, waar ze meewerkte aan de marketingstrategie van het merk, marktonderzoek uitvoerde, beurzen en campagnes organiseerde, alle marketingactiviteiten beheerde, bedrijfsprocessen stroomlijnde en meer. Voordat ze bij CIMAT in dienst trad, werkte Wilga voor Camsat Gralak Przemysław, waar ze startte als verkoopspecialist en doorgroeide tot manager commercieel en kwaliteitsbeheer, tot aan haar vertrek. Daarvoor was ze ook verkoopspecialist bij Bogner Edelstahl Polska Sp. z o.o. en exportspecialist bij P.W. Hobby. Ze begon haar loopbaan in kwaliteitscontrole bij DG Produce Ltd in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Ze behaalde een Master of Science in Engineering aan de Technische en Natuurwetenschappelijke Universiteit van Bydgoszcz in Polen. Daarnaast volgde ze een postgraduaatopleiding Buitenlandse handel aan de WSB Merito University Torun.
