A custom XY-theta stage designed to operate in a damp environment—includes internal cable management, and a vacuum hose routed to the rotary union in the center of the theta axis. A special internal electrical grounding system has been included for processing sensitive components. This is the left side of a multi-axis workcell mechanism. The right side is a mirror image.
