Horizontal Boring Machine

Titan Horizontal Boring Machine system for mobile equipment vehicles end-of-line applications. This test station is capable of functional testing various shapes and sizes of horizontal directional drilling machines used for trenchless installation of piping, cables, or conduit. This fully loaded test applies force against the push and pull of the boring drill along with resistance to the rotational movement of the drill itself. Other functions such as CAN, mudding system, underground current detection are also verified with this test.

On the leading edge of automation and validation testing, our systems are equipped with an array of sensors (powered by sophisticated data acquisition software) that can check subsystem functionality, ECM software revisions, hydraulic functionality, wheel speeds, electrical functionality of lights, blowers, joysticks, engine RPM, etc. Almost completely automated, our test systems accept a wide range of products/models and require minimal operator interaction and training.

Agricultural Seeder

Titan Agricultural Seeder system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. This test station simulates the full auxiliary hydraulics system of an agricultural tractor. The seeder can be fully functionally tested including all hydraulic motions. Due to the size of the customer implements it makes navigating them difficult down to and around test and assembly equipment. This station has an long extension arm to make hydraulic connections easily accessible to the planter.

Tractor Auxiliary Power Generator

Titan Tractor Auxiliary Power Generator system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. System to test and validate hydraulic power generator for hybrid implements. These power generators use hydraulic power to generate the required electrical power needed to run implement functions and systems.

Hay Mower

Titan Hay Mower system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. Hay Mower sub assembly test systems are designed and built for testing the PTO or hydraulic driven hay cutters prior to being mounted to the tractor. They simulate all tractor functionality to properly run the cutting system as if it is on a real tractor in the field. PTO is driven by a hydraulic motor and other mower functions are controlled with auxiliary hydraulic connections.

Combine Belt

Titan Combine Belt system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. This test system runs functional tests on fully assembled combine belt pickup header systems. This system was designed to automate functional testing, break-in, and assembly validation of header systems prior to installation into the completed combine.

Hay Baler – Round & Square

Titan Hay Baler – Round & Square system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. We have stations capable of fully functionally testing large round, large square, and small square balers. The testing system uses an electrical VFD driven PTO spline with the PTO shaft mounted on a swing arm. The system includes a full HPU to run auxiliary functions such as bale liftgate lift, tying mechanism, bale alignment, tensioning system, etc.

Combine Draper Header

Titan Combine Draper Header system for mobile equipment implements – end-of-line applications. This test system runs functional tests on fully assembled combine draper header systems. This system was designed to automate functional testing, break-in, and assembly validation of header systems prior to installation into the completed combine.
