Rotors from a few grams to 20.000 kg can be balanced as standard, with specially designed solutions available for rotors outside of this range.
Available as standalone manual balancers, through to full automation including drills, welders, and other correction methods, with robot or gantry loading.
All horizontal balancing machines come with our trademark ultra-high accuracy and repeatability, rapid cycle time, flexible configuration, small footprint, and ease of use.
Our horizontal balancing machines come with our industry-leading UNI-64 Windows measuring system and easy-to-use Winbal balancing software. This includes error proofing of setups and operation, features to improve cycle time, routine maintenance prompts, and comprehensive Industry 4.0 built-in diagnostics.
