Vertical balancing machines are a proven technology for balancing disc-shaped rotors such as pulleys, flywheels, circular saw blades, and many others.
To achieve consistent balancing quality and improve process efficiency — even in small-batch production — the machine can be equipped with a 1-axis automatic drilling system. For added versatility, the drilling spindle can be set in a vertical or horizontal orientation, allowing automatic balancing of a wide range of rotor types. The result is an all-around solution that combines a high performance ratio with an economic price point. The machine is also adapted for robotic integration to support automatic loading as production volumes increase.
