The final steps of the build process include production dry cycling. This process evaluation is measured for consistency specification. Epic Equipment & Engineering identifies any area with premature component failure, and contribute to optimization. Your equipment will also benefit from a controlled debug, which is aided through our in-house manufacturing and assembly abilities. On specific applications, Epic will perform internal CPK, Gage R&R, and correlation studies, in addition to customer requirements.
Epic Equipment & Engineering provides production assistance services to facilitate the implementation of your new systems into production. Epic personnel can accompany your operators and maintenance staff at your facility during the pre-production stage. Our personnel continue training your operators and maintenance staff to avoid downtime due to unfamiliarity with the system.
