Ascential Technologies Announces Raymond Kime as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations

Shelby Township, Mich., Sept. 22, 2026 — Ascential Technologies, a leading global provider of automated diagnostic, inspection, assembly and test systems and services across a wide range of industries, announced Raymond Kime as senior vice president of global Manufacturing Operations for its Test & Measurement Systems division. In this new role, Kime will oversee the company’s global manufacturing strategy, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across Ascential Technologies’ worldwide manufacturing operations.

Built on the expertise and dedication of its global manufacturing teams, Ascential Technologies is committed to continuously strengthening its operations by identifying and adopting the best practices found across its manufacturing network. Kime will help accelerate this effort, fostering greater collaboration and alignment while building upon the strong foundation already in place.

Previously, Kime served as senior vice president of operations for Ascential Medical & Life Sciences, managing end-to-end operational strategy with a focus on optimizing processes and enhancing customer service. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, Kime spearheaded initiatives to help customers navigate complex challenges and bring products from ideation to scale.

Prior to joining Ascential, Kime held the role of principal at M-R Squared Consulting, serving small and middle market manufacturing, specializing in shop floor kaizen and SQDIC, a performance management framework. Likewise, Kime drove operational excellence, lean transformation and leadership development.

With over 30 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, Kime has held senior leadership positions across the aerospace and industrial manufacturing sectors. He previously served as vice president of Operations for Tribus Aerospace Corporation, and prior to that, occupied the same position for Oerlikon. During his 12 years at Honeywell Aerospace, Kime oversaw manufacturing operations, implemented the Honeywell Operating System across multiple global sites and led demand management and sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) initiatives that improved operational performance throughout the organization.

Kime earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Machine Tool Technology from Ivy Tech Community College. He also holds a Lean Expert certification and Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Honeywell.
