The famous Neuhaus pralines are also available in cone-shaped pralines. Our team was challenged to develop a customized packing machine, which preforms the paper into small conical shapes, and positions those into the fine chocolate moulds at high production speeds.
We designed the SWEETPACKER® machine for packing small products such as chocolates and sweets, into blisters and boxes up to 650 pieces per minute. Our engineering team is ready to adjust this machine for your products by adjust the feeding mechanism and robot gripper, designed in-house.
We build Helium leak detection systems for various applications. For example, for air shock dampers quality control, the Helium is inserted into the shock damper, and covered by a dome under vacuum pressure. A potential leak of Helium is found by a mass spectrometer analysis.
