Overview
The Galileo TP Charger is a next-generation machine engineered to handle flammable gases and can be integrated into any cooling-unit assembly line for evacuation, leak testing and refrigerant charging. This system supports applications ranging from low production rates with small charge volumes to high production rates with large charge volumes (R290, R32, R600). Additionally, it can charge any kind of HC, CFC, HCFC, HFC and flammable blends.

Provides accurate dosing through a mix of technologies, including:
- Real-time control mass flow meter with a piezoresistive pressure sensor and ATEX controls to provide the fastest speed and the safest conditions
- Volumetric turbine flow meter with special temperature and pressure sensors to control the volume and mass during the injection phase
- Galileo Dosing Cylinder metering device for the most reliable dosing
The machine also offers:
- An embedded control system
- Ability to be equipped with an ATEX double stage rotary vacuum pump to verify whether the cooling circuit being tested is already filled or evacuated
- A “COBRA” filler gun
