Burke Porter Group has announced that it will be rebranding to Ascential Technologies, according to a press release.
Having operated for 70 years now, the company made the decision to rebrand as it focuses on pursuing technology and data-driven solutions and expanding into new markets. Following the decision, it will be consolidating its portfolio of brands.
Ascential Technologies does work for the medical & life sciences, transportation, and specialty industrial end markets, and with its rebranding has divided into three segments to best accommodate each field.
The first segment will focus on the transportation industry and will be referred to as Burke Porter, an Ascential Technologies company, retaining Ascential Technologies’ previous name.
For medical & life sciences, the company will operate as Ascential Medical & Life Sciences.
The third segment focuses on products for testing safety and efficiency enhancements for companies in HVAC, white goods, heavy industry, and energy sectors. These services will continue under the existing brand names of Cimat, Titan, Galileo, Lismar, and Kleinknecht.
“Today's hypercompetitive markets require trusted partners,” said Ascential Technologies CEO Jeffrey Moss. “We help our customers do the impossible and are unique in our ability to deliver rapid and disciplined product and solution development from ideation to commercialization at scale.”
